Set on the Ridge of a hill 370 meters above sea level the Estate of the “LE QUERCE” farm extends for 18 Hectares and is mainly farmed to olive trees, sunflowers and durum wheat. “LE QUERCE” sits in the central part of the Marche region and is easily reachable via Car and Train as well as having excellent connections with the local Airports. Immersed in the tranquillity of the countryside you’ll have the opportunity to take long walks on the trails of the “Regional Park Gola della Rossa”, observe the cultivation where all our products are grown and take part in the genuine country life organised by your hosts Mauro e Daniela Cantiani. The agriturist has three apartments, a room in a 19th century farmhouse which has been completely refurbished, and a dependance, restored with stone brickwork “a vista”, a short distance from the rest of the complex, for the people that require an absolute privacy. The accommodation is spacious and the furnishings particularly cured, with some antiques furniture lovingly and skilfully restored by local craftsmen. Within easy reach by car or train you’ll be able to visit the region Marche’s art centres and the smaller charming towns, which will bewitch you with their beauty and variety of colours and flavours, the wine “Verdicchio” and the extra virgin olive oil are just two of them. Optimal logistic location to visit the city of Ancona and its coast, Loreto and its splendid Basilica, Fabriano and all its paper producing history, the art city of Urbino, home town of Raffaello and Jesi, with its great collection of paintings by Lotto. There are also many opportunities to practice Sport, within a few kilometres you’ll have magnificent Trekking trail, rock climbing, alpinism, mountain biking, tennis, fishing, or you can visit our most beautiful jewel, the biggest hypogean cave system in Europe, “LE GROTTE DI FRASASSI”. If you’d rather prefer to relax with a good book though, you won’t need to do anything more then step out of your apartment and sit by our swimming pool, it’s sitting on a natural terrace with a splendid valley view open in front of it! There are three Apartments, all part of a 19th century farmhouse, which has been recently refurbished in keeping with the original styles and features. All the lodging have independent central heating, TV and a private outdoor space equip-ped for a pleasing stay. The “Sughera” room in the farmhouse is located in a very comfortable position and furnished with 19th century furniture. The Dependance is characterised by the unique level of privacy it offers and the spectacular view over the Landscape.
