One can easily reach the Al Fiume-farm, simply following the public road, and the farmhouse is located in the plains close to the Tenna-river. These convenient and suitable conditions enable you to go for a walk or to go mountain biking without great efforts: either following the poplar groves that grow along the riverbanks, taking the advantage of bird-watching, or fishing with the fishing rod. Within 30 km from the farm you are entering the Parco Naturale dei Sibillini, in the very heart of the Apennines and adjacent to the Umbrian Region. The park offers a mighty mountainous massif full of gorges, ravines, small valleys and torrents including the peaks of Monte Vettore (2476 m.), Monte Priora (2332 m.), the peculiar shape of the “Sibilla” (2175 m.) with its top being wrapped up by a crown-like rocky projection and its natural cavern at the altitude of 2150 m. which is said to be the abode of the ancient “Sibilla”.

Huge trees give sufficiently shade to the outside area, limited to the farm camping with tents, mobile homes and caravans. There are 4 lay-bys equipped with electric hook-ups, drinking water and accessories,
all independent, housed in 4 separated boxes (one each lay-by) featuring accessories with shower and kitchen corner. Please have a close look to the farm house: the stable/cowshed has undergone a renovation in order to get transformed into a spacey common room, shared by all our guests, kitchen included. There is also an efficient oven for agreeable dinners where you can cook your pizzas or roast your beef.
